Two Russians in the United Arab Emirates were diagnosed with coronavirus

Two Russian citizens in the United Arab Emirates have tested positive for coronavirus. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of the country.

In total, six new cases of the disease were detected in the UAE - in addition to the Russians, two Italians fell ill, as well as citizens of Germany and Colombia.

The ministry noted that the patients were in contact with two people whose diagnosis was confirmed earlier. All of them were in the UAE in connection with the cycling stage of the World Tour.

• Since the beginning of the spread of coronavirus, it has been identified in six Russians. In early February, the disease was diagnosed in two people who had come from China; at the end of February, three Russian citizens who were on the Diamond Princess liner became infected. On March 2, Rospotrebnadzor confirmed the diagnosis of a resident of Moscow who returned from Italy.
