The Tverskoy District Court refused to award compensation for unlawful prosecution of 25-year-old former person involved in the Moscow case, Sergei Abanichev. This was reported by the head of the international human rights group "Agora" Pavel Chikov.
Abanichev demanded to recover 500 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage. According to Agora's lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, there is no reasoning part of the court's decision yet.
