
The European Court of Human Rights awarded compensation for 25 thousand euros, a resident of Cherepovets Alexander Malyshev, who was beaten in 2007 by an employee of the drug use of drug trafficking. The decision was published on the court’s website, the Mediazons journalists drew attention to it.
Malyshev was detained in 2007. He claimed that he was thrown by drugs and bonded bills. According to him, the FSKN employee hit him and threatened him with rape. The operatives invited Malyshev to participate in the “control purchase. At the same time, they threatened him. The Cherepovets agreed, met with the dealer and bought drugs, but he disappeared from the police. Malyshev also fled.
Later he was detained as a suspect in an attempt on a sale of drugs. An employee of the FSKN put on his head a cardboard cock -ahead and wanted to take a picture. After the refusal, Malyshev was beaten, threatened to rape and shoot it on the video. Malyshev was not recognized in the sale of drugs, so he was beaten again in another room. At the same time, the FSKN employee said the phrase: "You can complain to whom you want, I will not be anything for it."
Malyshev appealed to the prosecutor with complaints of torture, he demanded to institute criminal proceedings against the operative. In total, he was refused this 22 times. All decisions on refusal to initiate proceedings, except for one, were then canceled. The case was never initiated. Malyshev was sentenced to 5.5 years in colony.
FSKN employees who beat the resident of Cherepovets, then condemned, but in other cases: they were found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm, exceeding official powers using violence, selling drugs, falsification of evidence, robbery and abuse of power.
