But what exactly - remains a mystery covered with a thickening legal fog. The action called “Constitutional Reform” was at first conceived as a drama, maybe even a tragedy, but gradually began to grow into a cancan, where Cossacks, athletes and public figures dance in the masses.

The adversary will not pass

There is no idea, some intentions, sometimes slurred and conflicting with each other. And especially - with the already written chapters of the Constitution.

The Commander -in -Chief chopped the attack directions in his message to everything in advance by the Federal Assembly. So and so, and so that the adversary could not be elected neither the president, nor the governor, nor the State Duma deputy in order to maintain stability and ensure replacement. Both the minimum wage and the pension, of course.

Then, suddenly, the “independence” of the prosecutor’s office from the adversaries that penetrated the regional authorities and the rigid dependence of the supreme and constitutional courts on the president was added to the main directions - apparently, if they suddenly decide to move to the adversary, which will nevertheless penetrate the State Duma.

Judging by the amendments, the defense of the adversaries was conceived deeply, deep -fucked. One thing is not clear where the head of the commander in chief after he ceases to be president will be. For the facet of the presidency was clearly and firmly outlined in the same message - two terms, and no nonsense like “in a row”.

And although the foxes of mind tried to make an ideological sabotage and whisper about the “zeroing of the deadlines”, the face of the permitted was equally returned - no zeroing.

They brought a press secretary

Everyone froze in anticipation of the terrible 2024. All, except for lawyers serving the legislative process. Where, where to stick all these wishes, if the first and second chapter cannot be touched? Where to enter the State Council if all state authorities are listed in the second chapter? What to do with restrictions on electoral rights, if the first article says - a citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to elect and be elected, and a point?

Further - more. They created a commission on amendments to the Constitution, and there - not just a multinational people, there the best people of the country gathered. And although not all of them had read the constitution before, but they could not just gather and keep silent. They also need to make their contribution to a historical event. And the heads of heaven opened, and folk amendments poured from them.

And let's write so that the adversary cannot trade in the Russian land, if suddenly he crawls through three trains of defense to the presidential throne! Where is the state -forming people to enter if the first chapter says that the source of power in the Russian Federation is its multinational people? Where to insert the mention of God if the first chapter says that the Russian Federation is a secular state?

Even the press secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov was brought-he found it difficult to say which god they had in mind in the amendments.

Package for everyone

The growing vinaigretting of the Constitution and the contradictions of amendments to articles from the first and second chapters began to bulge so that the question arose - what to do with this?

And there was an order of adoption of amendments . First, 2/3 constituent entities of the Federation, then the State Duma and the Federation Council, then sign the president will be approved by the President. According to the current constitution, the adoption of amendments is ending. But not this particular time.

First, the Constitutional Court recognizes them with the corresponding constitution, and after that the people will vote for them - a package. Fortunately, there is something good for everyone in the package. Even malicious liberals threw a restriction on presidential terms.

Only after the vote of the people will the amendments enter into force.

And there seems to be nothing bad in the amendments. Each separately-nothing to catch and scream "horror-zazhas!". Well, local government was leaked with state authority into a single public system of power. What does that mean? Well, they introduced the State Council, but what can he? Well, they divided the multinational people into a state -forming and non -state -forming state, but what's the difference in practice?

But all together gives the impression of growing chaos and absurdity. The intentions are unclear, the plans are foggy. Apparently, so that the adversary did not figure it out, he was confused and demoralized.

And then the CEC accepted the slogan for the April vote: “Our country, our constitution, our decision!” At least two of the three statements are controversial.
