On March 4, the Moscow City Court rejected three appeals against decisions on fines to the Chairman of the Board of the Memorial Human Rights Center, Alexander Cherkasov, under the article on the failure to mark a “foreign agent” on Memorial’s resources (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by the Memorial Human Rights Center Yulia Orlova.
