The Sosnovsky District Court of the Chelyabinsk Region dismissed the administrative case of Irina Menshikova, a participant in a spontaneous gathering near the village of Roschino, against the placement of a quarantine center for people arriving from China. Menshikov and several other people were charged with protocols under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with pedestrians and vehicles) for a spontaneous meeting near the village, next to which they were going to place a center to combat the possible spread of coronavirus.

The case was dismissed due to insignificance, and Menshikova was given a verbal warning.
