The Tariff Service of the Irkutsk Region conducted an unscheduled inspection of compliance with the requirements for regulating prices for water supply and sanitation, the press service of the regional government reported.
“The service provider, United Vikhorevskaya Managing Company LLC (OVUK LLC), violated the law in the field of water supply and sanitation,” the government said. — So, it was revealed that residents consumed the volume of services according to the standard less, and paid more: in drinking water supply - by 15.8%, in wastewater disposal - by 12.8%. Also, when setting the tariff, the costs of reagents, operation, maintenance and repair of vehicles, major repairs, taxes and fees were overestimated.”
The expenses of OVUK were exceeded by 14.6 million rubles, the inspectors decided. In addition, the economically justified tariff was overstated in Vikhorevka, which resulted in additional expenses from the regional budget to compensate for shortfalls in income in the amount of almost 14 million rubles.
On average, tariffs were overstated by about 25%, the press service told Interfax. The information was sent to the police and the prosecutor's office.
United Vikhorevskaya Managing Company LLC, according to the RusProfile service, belongs to Vladimir Nartov and Vyacheslav Alekman. They also own Vikhorevsky Settlement and Cash Center LLC. In addition, in the Duma of the Bratsk District, on the territory of which Vikhorevka is located, until 2019, deputy Alexander Komarov worked, who, according to official data, was employed at Alekman IE.
