"Panic" fall

This morning, the Russian ruble collapsed. The dollar and the euro have grown. The dollar exchange rate to the ruble reached 73.47 rubles. At the same time, the euro rose to 83.77 rubles. At the same time, the cost of oil on international exchanges fell by more than 30 percent. Economists say that the reason is not only in the refusal of Russia from the transaction with OPEC, but also in panic sentiments, including coronavirus related.
