At the trial of the disaster of the Boeing of the Boeing Malaysian on Donbass on July 17, 2014, which opened on Monday in the Netherlands, the prosecutor submitted an indictment.
The international investigative group, which investigated the Boeing Catastrophe, came to the conclusion that it was shot down from the Buk installation, which arrived to the east of Ukraine from the Russian military unit. The accusations were brought by three Russian citizens - this is Igor Girkin (Strelkov), Sergey Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov, and one citizen of Ukraine - Leonid Kharchenko. All of them were related to the separatists supported by Russia in the Donbass, who fought against the Ukrainian army. Strelkov at the time of the disaster was the commander of the separatists. Dubinsky was his subordinate and headed intelligence. Pulatov and Kharchenko, according to the investigation, are related to the “Buk” crossing to Donbass.
None of the accused is present in court . One of them - Oleg Pulatov - represent lawyers.
The indictment, published on the website of the Netherlands Prosecutor's Office, contains two accusations - in the actual destruction of the aircraft and the murder.
The document indicates in which acts of the defendants the accusation sees the corpus delicti. In particular, it contains the statement that the defendants (personally or indirectly) contributed to the fact that the Russian Buk with the crew was delivered to Ukraine. Speaking in court, the prosecution representative stated that the investigation was ongoing, and investigators are trying to establish the personalities of the crew of Buk, as well as those who gave them orders.
The prosecution also said that the defendants gave orders where exactly to place the “beech”, and also contributed to the installation to be taken back to Russia from the territory of Ukraine.
The four accused, according to the investigation, played a key role in the operation with Buk, although, as the prosecutor said, "they did not press the button, but the crew." The prosecution also does not say whether the Boeing or by mistake was deliberately shot down. Speaking in court, the prosecutor said that this is not so important, since a person who would shoot a random passerby, having confused him with his enemy, would still be judged for the murder.
Accusation: Now a more complex part of the investigation has gone, so we do not plan to charged new charges in the near future.

The prosecutor also stated that witnesses of the prosecution will remain classified as they are afraid of persecution by Russia and separatists.
Three of the four accused, with whom the journalists managed to contact - Strelkov, Dubinsky and Pulatov - deny their guilt. In the process in the Netherlands, only Pulatov is represented. He is protected by two Dutch lawyers. They stated in court that Pulatov denies his involvement in the Boeing disaster. According to lawyers, the case requires an additional investigation.
