The Kaliningrad administration refused to representatives of the Yabloko party to agree on a picket against amendments to the Constitution, her activist Viktor Gorbunov told North. Reali.

According to him, the authorities explained the refusal by the fact that on March 12 the building of the regional Duma would be repaired, where Yabloko planned to hold a picket. The city hall offered the activists an alternative to hold a picket at the monument to fellow countrymen-cosmonauts on Mira Avenue.
