The restrictions affected not only rallies, but also other events: concerts, sports competitions, etc. In the press service of the Dynamo Criminal Code, managing one of the large Moscow sites-VTB Arena with a capacity of 33 thousand people-clarified Novaya Gazeta that the decision to conduct sporting events remains with the organizers, the company will comply with the mayor’s decree.
