Putin's amendments - outlawed. This means that we all have to do politics

With the help of the amendment proposed by the Cosmonaut, all the terms of the Board of the current president are proposed to be reset so that Putin can remain in power for at least another 16 years. The president, of course, agree with everything. Further, the Constitutional Court will be obliged to recognize the “space correction” of legal (although in 1998 he considered the zero for Yeltsin illegal), then the plebiscite - and Putin will get almost forever. But the fact is that the whole procedure (invented in the Kremlin for the final design of the President’s person’s irremovability) to introduce the right to the Basic Law of the Russian Federation in all its components is illegal, unlawful and does not comply with the current constitution either in content or form.
This applies:
the content of Putin's amendments themselves;
forms of amendments;
discussion and voting procedures for amendments in three readings;
the proposed adoption of amendments by the Federal Assembly;
signing the law on amendments by the President;
"Knowns of presidential terms"
"National voting" for amendments;
changes in the current constitution.

The 1998 Law “On the Procedure for Adopting and Entrepreneurs of Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation” requires a substantiation of the need for each constitutional amendment. The amendments of Putin, which are made to chapters from 3 to 8, concern fundamentally different topics: powers and subjects of the authorities of the authorities, the composition of government, local self -government, international law, social sphere, law of citizens. However, the 1998 Law “On the Procedure for Adoption and Enforcement of Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation” directly prohibits the constitution of various and multidirectional changes through the mechanism of one amendment. The constitutional law, approved by the State Duma and the Federation Council, should be ratified by the representatives of the representative power - at least 2/3 of the constituent entities of the Federation. The legislation, of course, proceeds from the fact that the republics, regions, regions of the Russian Federation and their representative bodies are autonomous, independent political entities that will seriously consider and discuss the proposed changes. It takes time for this, and the law provides it - one year. Thus, both in content and in form, the entire process of changing the Russian Constitution, carried out by Putin from January 15, 2020, is illegal. Everything that happens is a mine under our future. In this situation, the country and the people turned out to be hostages of adventure, organized by people, clothed by virtue of circumstances with a great power, but not realizing responsibility adequate to this power. These people are guided by momentary political motives, the main of which is the retention of power and the voluntarist adaptation of the state to its corporate goals and very dubious ideas about the historical and philosophical essence of Russia, as well as its place and role in the world. These grief rulers are simply unable to evaluate the nature and scale of the consequences of their actions.
With the help of unconstitutional amendments, Putin is trying to solve his main problem - the change of power.
In a speech in the State Duma, to reject the deadlines, he pays a lot of attention to this topic: he claims that replacement will be necessary when the political, economic and social spheres will gain stability when the state becomes less vulnerable from the outside. But in reality, without the change in power, nothing of this will never be achieved. Without regular change of power, it is impossible to overcome corruption, theft, total decay of the management system. Without the replacement of power, it is impossible to participate in society in the management of the country, social elevators do not work, and the gap between the people and the power at all levels is increasingly turning into an abyss. Finally, without the change in power, the country will remain extremely vulnerable to the most external influences that Putin is so afraid of. Because in a stagning corruption system it is impossible to build a strong economy, it is impossible to guarantee the safety of citizens.
The well -known statement of Ella Pamfilova about the “complex dinner” is extremely cynical and extremely humiliating for citizens, but in essence, it suggests that this is not at all about the amendments to the current basic law, but about another constitution. Moreover, the whole legal procedure for its creation, discussion and acceptance is consciously discarded, instead of a hastily invented an absolutely unlawful Erzatz. The federal assembly, the supreme and constitutional courts, regional legislative assemblies that renounce their subjectivity, and the centrizbirk are involved in the humiliating action to embodiment. The apotheosis of the anti -constitutional process will be a “popular vote”, which will tie all nationwide guide.
The consequence of this adventure will be the final and complete delegation of the post -Soviet Russian state, the approach to the line, beyond which the “failed state is Failed state” and the next collapse of the country. To date, the situation looks depressing. The authorities with all their might push the illegal change in the Constitution and complement their amendments with more dangerous and absurd provisions: about the “state -forming people” and the approval of the equality of this people with other peoples of Russia; about the “memory of the ancestors who conveyed to us ideals and faith in God”; about Russia - the successor of the USSR, the country of aggressive atheism and godlessness; On the right and obligations of the state to "defend historical truth." Such inserts into the Constitution are extremely vague, contradictory and at any moment can lead to serious conflicts in society.
Recently, Putin said that the altered constitution is "a minimum of 30 or 50 years." By this, the president wanted to emphasize the fundamental, qualitative nature of the changes. There will be serious doubts that the eclectic, unlawful design created on his initiative, the unlawful design will last a long time. However
There is no doubt that what is happening now will have far -reaching consequences for the country and every citizen of Russia.
Why is Putin all this? The fact is that in the inaction and absence of initiatives on his part, he will already lose control: uncertainty, instability, the struggle of groups is increasing. If in this situation Putin does not do anything, he will become a “lame duck”. His personal failure as a statesman is that the system built by him does not allow to give some institutional answer, to do what Putin says so much-to create the basis of stability not only for decades, but at least for the coming years. This is precisely about the played performance in the State Duma. And instead of changing the constitution in accordance with the requirements of the time and for the institutional strengthening of the state, it is obtained to instrument the basic law, which undermines the legitimacy of the state. And about issues such as the economy and well -being of people, in the given framework, one does not have to talk at all. There is no place.
Effective resistance to this is possible only through the awareness of the active part of the society of the need to engage in politics. To this end, an alternative has been prepared, reflecting the growing request for changes. These are the amendments of the Public Constitutional Council, developed and proposed in full accordance with applicable law and open the way to the construction of a strong modern democratic state in Russia. There is little vote against Putin's amendments or boycott the vote. It is necessary to support an alternative. The goal is not a struggle for a “place under the Sun” in the Putin’s mafia-corporate system and not self-preservation in the hope of its physically “disagree”, but the prevention of the institutional consolidation of this system, accompanied by the destruction of the legitimacy of the Russian state.
If this initiative is not implemented, the society will continue to force and completely illegally feed with “complex dinners” from the stale vinaigrette, borsch and compote in one trough.
