On March 11, the Krasnoselsky District Court of St. Petersburg terminated the administrative case of a girl detained for singing in a picket line. This was reported by the telegram channel "Apology of Protest".
Maria Voyutskaya was detained on August 10, when she began to sing in the picket line near the Gostiny Dvor metro station. She did not have time to participate in the picket.
The Krasnoselsky District Court found Maria Voyutskaya guilty under the article on violating the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and imposed a fine of ten thousand rubles on the activist, but the court of appeal overturned this decision and returned the case to the district court.
On March 11, Voyutskaya's case was reviewed and decided to be closed due to the absence of corpus delicti in the actions of the activist.
