Kevin Rotrok asks foreign experts about what is happening with Putin and the Constitution

The tenth episode of the English -speaking podcast The Naked Pravda is about amendments to the Constitution and the possible rejection of the presidential terms of Vladimir Putin. The chief editor of the international version of Medusa Kevin Rotrok discusses with foreign experts the hurry of amendments and jokes about coronavirus.

On March 10, the State Duma supported the amendment to reject the presidential terms of Vladimir Putin. The offer of deputy Valentina Tereshkova was accepted twenty minutes after the official introduction. On the same day, Putin came to the State Duma and stated that he supported the deadline, but emphasized that the Constitutional Court should still consider this amendment. If the bill is accepted, Putin will be able to participate in the elections of 2024, re -elect in six years and, possibly, remain in power until 2036.

Kevin Rotrok asked British and Russian researchers: "Is there really something strange or it seems to me?" And they answered: "No, do not seem."
