Students of the Penza State University were given the task of registering “volunteers of the Constitution”, indicating at the place of residence the address of the Moscow Polytechnic University. According to him, it is reliably known that the head of the student coordination council (SCS) Vitaly Lukin, as well as other trade union workers, is agitated at the Penza State University of the Constitution Volunteer. Rogozhkin will not exclude that at other universities, students are also attracted to volunteers, since the SCS is in charge of the largest Penza universities: PSU, PenzgTU, PSUAS.

At the same time, the student’s volunteers were asked not at the place of residence, but at Moscow 1st Dubrovskaya Street, where the Moscow Polytechnic University is located . “We looked on the Internet and found out that all sorts of pseudo -tuning missiles are taking place in this polytechnic. We assume that ultimately there will be a collection of these “volunteers of the Constitution,” Rogozhkin thinks.

According to MBH Media, the teachers of the Faculty of Law of Tver State University also threatened students with problems with the passage of the diploma if they refuse to become volunteers, and, on the contrary, they promised additional points and the “best attitude” to the project.

Julia Dronova, deputy dean of the legal faculty of TTSU, said that there could be no problems with the diploma of the bachelor's faculty. “They don’t have a diploma, our bachelors do not defend the diploma.
