The police in St. Petersburg detained Maria Moldavskaya and Dmitry Vasiliev, participants in single-person pickets against changing the Constitution. This was reported to OVD-Info by an eyewitness to the detentions.

The reason for the detention of the picketers is unknown. They were put into an unmarked police car.
