List of detainees in defense of the Constitution in St. Petersburg on March 15, 2020

In St. Petersburg on March 15, 2020, shares were held against amendments to the Constitution. They were dedicated to the discussion of amendments in the Constitutional Court, which began the day before. Two people were detained for promotions with the laying of flowers to the court building. Police Department No. 1 of the Admiralty district

6 people: Anton Tebin, Victoria Moses, Anna Interova, Alexander Nikitin, Anastasia Burakova, Andrei Davydov ( the last two were detained on a mourning action with flowers )

Andrei Davydov was released with a fine of 500 rubles under Part 1 of Article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of the road with a pedestrian). The Burakov was drawn up on the 5th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for conducting public events) and also released.

22:00 all the detainees were released with protocols according to the 5th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Police Department No. 16 of the Vasileostrovsky district

10 people: Svetlana Kovalet, Marina Chuprakova, Maxim Leonov, Maria Yurchenko, Maria Kozhevatova, Vladislav-Klinton Baranov, Pavel Chuprunov, Dmitry Nepdin, Dmitry Vasiliev, Maria Moldavian

22:00 detainees are gradually released with protocols according to the 5th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

On March 16 , everyone was released, except for Dmitry Nagdin, who was left at night with a protocol on the 8th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for public events).

Nagidin was released from the police department under the obligation to turn out.

Police Department No. 19 of the Vyborg district

8 people: Evgeny Musin, Ali Khantemirov, Valery Gnusarev, Alexei Kasatkin ( deputy of the Vasilievsky municipal district ), Julia Sadygova, Olga Smirnova, Igor Loparev, Roman Samoilov ( he was first taken away from the department, as he was abused, but after examination in the hospital, the employees took him back to the department )

23:50 the first detainee, Valery Gnusarev, with a protocol according to the 5th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, was released from the department. With the same protocol, Igor Loparev was released later.

On March 16, everyone was released with similar protocols, except for Ali Khantemirov, on which they made a protocol on the 8th part and left for the night.

Khantemirov was released from the police department.
