On March 14, Vladimir Putin signed a law on amendments to the Constitution, which will allow him to remain president of Russia for two new terms. A few hours later, the Constitutional Court urgently began to consider the issue of compliance of the amendments with the country's fundamental law. Single pickets against changing the Constitution are held near the building of the Constitutional Court in St. Petersburg, and in Moscow - not far from the representative office of the court.
