According to the order of the city administration, which, in turn, fulfills the will of the president and the government, drivers should take no more than ten passengers in route taxi, and only those who are in masks, and to trolleybuses, buses and trams - no more than twenty. The implementation of this security rule is ordered to monitor the sanitary service and the police. On the final one, on Daniil Shcherbakivsky Street, where I am, there are neither those nor others. And drivers prefer not to contact an irritated audience, which not only breathes each other in the face, but also loudly exchanges considerations about the rationality of the measure undertaken by power.

The number of ground transport on routes is not increased. The most tolerant of the statements: "They have a car under their back, and we are tormented!"

For them, such a test is excessive - people will quit, and then the epidemic will be complicated by another problem. The deputies of the Kyiv Council are now preparing a program for the Kyivpasstens communal enterprise in order to bring health workers home after shifts and pick up in the morning, but for now - at least the metro ...

However, the mayor Vladimir Klitschko has already denied the words of Prokopiv: “Applications about the possibility of resuming the work of the metro are the private opinion of individual officials. These officials are not responsible for the work of the transport industry of the capital. ” Klitschko recalled that in a situation of the forced stopping of the subway (so far until April 3), the capital's power creates routes that duplicate the directions of the metro branches, launches shuttle, but so far they are not enough, it will be necessary to suffer and not be freak out.

“Anyway, such a way out is the best. One of the recommendations of international experts, our colleagues from Ujan is the restriction of social contacts, ”the mayor concluded.

The new prime minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal holds the same opinion: at the state level of revision of the decision, there will be no regarding the subway. “Two million people use the metro in Ukraine daily ( except for Kiev, the underground message Kharkov and the Dnieper. - O. In European countries, where the metro has not been closed on time, today a significant spread of the disease among the population is noticeable, ”the prime minister said at an open meeting of the government.

On March 19, it was not particularly different from the 18th in the degree of intensity of transport passions. In the city of Fastov, people blocked the railway, demanding to let the train to Kyiv: "How to get to work?!" According to RBC-Ukraine, the lines at some bus stops reach 100 meters, the waiting for those who want to leave lasts two to three hours. Sometimes cars are stormed, and the police are trying to restrain passengers and still divide into dozens.
