In Krasnoyarsk, a rally was held against amendments to the Russian Constitution

About 200 people came to the rally against amendments to the Constitution in Krasnoyarsk. The protesters of the Krasnoyarsk residents believe that amendments to the Constitution are adopted in violation of the law. With the journalists of TCK Krasnoyarsk, the rally participants shared that they were sure - amendments on indexing pensions, on equating minimum salaries to the cost of living - this is “a screen, behind which lies the main change - overturning of the presidential terms”.

From the speakers at the microphone, one could hear that the amendment proposed by Tereshkova would enable Putin to occupy the main post in the country for at least 16 years, and this contradicts the principle of replacement, the democratic structure of the country and will lead Russia to the dictatorship, activists said.

Also, some participants in the rally called for distrust of the regional deputies who supported the amendments.

In Krasnoyarsk, the rally organizer was the Libertarian party. Similar pickets took place in Kazan, Volgograd, Kurgan, Orel, Tyumen and other cities.
