Putin instructed to help Italy in the fight against coronavirus

Vladimir Putin, in a conversation by phone with the chairman of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giuseppe Conte, promised to send humanitarian assistance from Russia to the European country, the Kremlin website reports.

“The President of Russia confirmed the readiness to quickly provide the necessary assistance and outlined its specific parameters. It is planned to supply protective equipment, mobile complexes based on KAMAZ for aerosol disinfection of transport and territory, medical and other equipment, as well as the direction of brigades of Russian specialists for practical assistance in the most affected areas of the country. These deliveries will be carried out through the Ministry of Defense with the use of aircraft of the aerial-space forces of the Russian Federation, ”the authorities noted.
