Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service, accompanied by armed security officials, came to the annual meeting of shareholders of the State Farm named after Lenin. This was reported by the press service of the State Farm (the letter is at the disposal of OVD-Info). The incident took place around 10 am on March 19.
The bailiffs, guided by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region on the prohibition of voting of shareholders on the issues of the annual agenda, wanted to prevent the meeting. During it, it was planned to re-elect Pavel Grudinin to the post of director. The shareholders themselves were not notified of the court decision, according to the press service.
About 20 security forces cordoned off the building where the registration of the participants of the meeting took place and interrupted its progress. However, the meeting itself was held in a neighboring building with a quorum.
A similar incident took place in 2019. Representatives of the State Farm. Lenin believe that such prohibitions by the Arbitration Court block the activities of the enterprise and violate the rights of the shareholders themselves.
