The governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov asked the city residents to stay at home due to the coronavirus epidemic. He wrote about this on his page on VKontakte.

“This year, Koronavirus changed his plans, put“ a pause ”of the Petersburg cultural life. I urge to stay at home to protect myself and my loved ones from infection,” he wrote.
