At a meeting of the government, Chechnya Kadyrov spoke about the resident of the republic, who returned from pilgrimage to Mecca and did not observe quarantine. “If he has this disease, people get sick with thousands,” said the head of Chechnya, adding: “A person who creates this problem for himself, if you ask me, should be killed. Not only becomes ill, [but infects] his family, his sisters, brothers, neighbors.”
