In Ulyanovsk they detained a picketer because of a poster against Putin's policy

In the center of Ulyanovsk, activist Alexei Nurullin, who stood in a single picket against Putin’s policy, was detained in the center of Ulyanovsk. He himself told the OVD-Info about this.

Nurullin held the poster “20 years of Putin. *** [stole] Crimea. War with Ukraine. Political Zeats, torture, dictatorship. " After the picket was completed, police officers approached him and asked him to follow the police department in the Leninsky district of Ulyanovsk, since the poster did not like the “supervisory authority”. What exactly and who did not like in the poster - Nurullin was not reported.

In the police department, Nurullin was awarded the obligation to turn out the next day to draw up a protocol under an article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On March 27, the police terminated the case of Alexei Nurullin under an article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Nurullin himself reported this by the OVD-info.

According to him, after drawing up the protocol, he was taken to the Leninsky District Court of Ulyanovsk. There he spent several hours, but the meeting did not take place: “Apparently to them [police officers] the judge did not say anything good, and they took me back to the department,” the activist says.

In the Department of Internal Affairs, employees issued a decision on the termination of the case in connection with the "insignificance of the offense".
