The government allowed some foreigners to enter

The government made amendments to the disposal of the closure of borders due to the threat of coronavirus spread. Foreigners who have close relatives in the country will be able to enter Russia.

As stated in the document, we are talking about spouses, parents, children, guardians and trustees of Russian citizens. When crossing the border, foreigners will have to provide copies of documents confirming kinship.

As previously reported, diplomats, members of official delegations, truck drivers, crews of aircraft and train brigade can also get to Russia.
