The Presidential Administration (AP) revealed a case of infection with coronavirus. This was the first to report to RBC with reference to his sources, but today the information was confirmed by the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov. He assured that the infected employee did not communicate with Vladimir Putin.

Yesterday, RBC said that cases of infection with the virus were identified by an AP employee and an employee of the Presidential Administration. Prior to this, the press service of the Russian Government confirmed that one of the employees of the Cabinet of Ministers was sent to quarantine due to a possible infection with the virus.

Peskov said that Putin could not stop working, but the president takes all measures to protect against coronavirus.

Also today, the diagnosis of coronavirus infection is confirmed by singer Leo Leshchenko. The singer was present at the event with the participation of Peskov.
