The doctor of the Pskov ambulance Arthur Gaiduk fell ill after he went to calls to the temperature patients. He has symptoms of SARS, behind which coronavirus can be hidden, but he was refused in the test. The Russians, returning from abroad, wonder how inattentive they are, and patients complain that they cannot get help. Correspondents of the North. Reali sorted out why both of them were dissatisfied with the steps taken by the authorities.

The deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly Arthur Gaiduk , an ambulance doctor with 24 years of experience, did not come to the next session on March 26-he fell ill. Than - he certainly does not know: high temperature, cough and sore throat. On the eve of Gaiduk was on duty, went to calls to patients with temperature. He examined them without a protective costume - personal protective equipment is issued only for leaving for patients who returned from a foreign trip.
“I don’t know what I picked up,” he says. - Clinically, if it is not complicated by pneumonia, this is SARS. My temperature was the highest 38.1, dry cough, piercing in the throat. I first called the ambulance station. Then he called the clinic, their employees make tests for coronavirus, and asked to pass the sample. They refused me, they say, if I was not in the hearth, then I do not need to do it. That is, I did not come from abroad and did not communicate with people who arrived from abroad. I went to the sick leave on March 20, before that I had two challenges for the temperature patients. There were children there. I don’t even know what they infected. A child in a kindergarten - where did the children come from? Who knows? Student guy-where did the rest come from in his group? Where did their parents ride?
Protective costumes in the amount of 800 pieces (they are called personal protective equipment) entered the Pskov region at the very end of March . And before that, they were given out only to those brigades who went to the patient, who told that he had just returned from abroad, says Arthur Gaiduk:
- In theory, an ambulance, who is now going to a call, should be in a protective suit for anyone. And they should be worn not because a person was in Italy, but because he has signs of a disease. On the ambulance there are no, only masks. But the mask is protection from you, not you. There are no sufficient number of tests, there is no sufficient amount of personal protective equipment.

We have a diagnosis of orders of magnitude lower than the incidence. They will say that we have 500 sick, but in fact - 5000. They check those who arrived, and this is a drop in the sea. You will not affect any situation. You can’t stop the epidemic. You can simply make the development of the epidemic process slower. Suppose in Pskov the population is 200 thousand people, that the epidemic will pass in all, and there will be a thousand severe cases when Ivl is required. If this thousand occurs within four months, then resources of resuscitation departments should be enough. And if it is in a week? People are doomed. There will be no one to help: there are no doctors or equipment.
A day in a day - this is suicide, the killing of the flesh
Back in February, the head of the pulmonology department of the Pskov city hospital Anastasia Repeasi wrote about an acute shortage of nurses. The problem is not solved today. "People, idiots - go to place where it is risky to work?!" - Comments Gaiduk. According to him, the salary of an ambulance, if you divide the rate by the number of hours, it turns out like a handyman - 150 rubles per hour.
- When you take one and a half rates, you will have a duty of duty in a day in the day. A day in a day, this is suicide, the killing of the flesh. But the people work because there is nowhere to go. To survive, you need to earn at least forty thousand. And this is more than one and a half rates, ”the doctor explains.

Ivan Vasiliev, a paramedic of the Pskov city clinic, who used to work on an ambulance, said how in full force a team of ambulance went to quarantine after leaving for a temperature patient who was in contact with the infected.
“Do you think there was an anti -chom costume on the medic? I think we all know the correct answer to this question. The result, the temperature contactive is hospitalized, and the entire SMP team (physician and driver) was removed from duty and sent to quarantine (car for sanitary treatment),” Vasiliev said.
Already today in Pskov there are cases of infection when the patient was not abroad and did not contact those who were. In the Pskov city hospital, a woman with severe pneumonia is located on the ECMO apparatus (extraperture membrane oxygenation). She claims that she did not communicate with those who arrived from abroad. She pre -diagnosed coronavirus. After that, the city hospital was quarantined, all 180 beds will be re -profiled for patients with coronavirus.
According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region, Alexei Ovsyannikov, from March 1 seven thousand inhabitants arrived in the Pskov region. “We must work out all of them, the load on law enforcement officers has grown many times,” Ovsyannikov said.
To identify the entire circle of communication of such travelers in each region is an extraordinary task. And, judging by the reviews of the tourists themselves, it is not performed in the best way.

Cherepovchanin Sergey Bloodybotnov on March 26, together with his family, flew to Moscow after a long stay in Thailand, where they flew there last year, for the winter. They flew by Russia's airfield. There were about 500 passengers in the plane, the majority were citizens of other states.
- Almost the entire plane is Italians, Spaniards, French, Germans and others. As far as I understand, their states simply “threw” their citizens, and everyone broke through Russia, ”says Beductor.
According to him, thermal imagers stand at Thailand Airport, they check the temperature, and epidemiologists are on duty. Passengers are launched only by making sure that everything is in order. Against these measures, what was happening in Sheremetyevo Russians shocked.
- I thought people in biocostyms would go on the plane and measure the temperature with us. No one came in. We went through the entire airport, went through customs, we were given the questionnaires. There is an absurdity - they make only the passport data indicated in the questionnaire, and the time of departure from Russia and arrival. And all - you are free. They don’t even measure the temperature. I specifically from Thailand called the hotline by phone to the Vologda region to report that we were returning. They just told me: "You, when you return, call us." No one is interested in how I will get to, what, and this can be a train. And in Thailand I was in the hospital, visited a friend, there are patients with coronavirus. So think, ”says Bedibodnov.
I do not want what was in Italy to be repeated
Upon arrival, the family left for two weeks for the country, in the Cherepovets district to comply with the conditions of self -isolation. Sergei again called the hotline and announced his contact details and address.
“We were told:“ Today or tomorrow, doctors will come to you, ”Sergey explained. At the time of the conversation with the correspondent of the Sever. Realii (March 28), no one came to them.
Sergei added that he practically could not get to the hotline.
He said that on March 27, his acquaintances returned from abroad to Russia, and their temperature at the airport was measured:
“I don’t know, maybe something has changed after my call.” God forbid. But what was during our arrival is a deadly disregard for. This is wrong. I do not want what was in Italy to be repeated. Someone made negligence, and for this you need to punish.
And the certificate that he has a positive analysis for coronavirus, does he have?
While some tourists are kept by force on quarantine , others, even knowing exactly about the negative diagnosis, cannot get medical care. The former governor of the Pskov region (from 2004 to 2009) Mikhail Kuznetsov spoke about how he tried to achieve hospitalization in Moscow. He became infected with coronavirus in Switzerland and at first he decided to get ill at home, but on the sixth day of high temperature he still called an ambulance. The brigade arrived for an hour and a half filled out the documents, calling up with the hospital to confirm the willingness to accept the patient.

“For about fifteen minutes I answered some strange questions, among whom there were not a single one about whom I talked with. True, about the flight that I flew, I was asked three times, ” writes Mikhail Kuznetsov. “ Especially for a long time we discussed the place where I flew, or rather, my inability to remember it. The authorities have not suddenly stalled.
- And the certificate that he has a positive analysis for coronavirus, does he have?
The idiocy of the situation, multiplied by the temperature rising by a little, began to enjoy me with order.
“Maybe I have to swear with blood?” - The conversation was on the speakerphone.
From the next phrase, and most importantly, from the tone with which she was uttered, I was dumbfounded.
“Are you talking to me in the presence of this?” Have you forgotten the instructions? "
Kuznetsov was still put in the hospital. Information about the flight to which he returned to Moscow in the database of the Moscow headquarters to combat coronavirus did not appear. His friend, who could also become infected, after multi-day attempts, nevertheless phoned the hot line: "There he demanded evidence that he had talked with a person infected with coronavirus ..."
Alexei Kleus returned to Petrozavodsk from Turkey on March 18: he called the hotline and reported his data when and where he came from. For the next two weeks, he prepared to sit on home quarantine, but four days later, Alexei had a high temperature and a dry cough began.

- Call to the ambulance is already a test. And then there is communication from the category: "You are calm here, I hear in a voice that you have everything ok, a cold and nothing more. Now the head physician will contact you and explains everything to you." After a couple of minutes, this very doctor called me. The man, not particularly ceremony, spoke with us on you, clatter, mimicked. And in the end, he simply said: "Well, we will arrive now, inherit you, measure and go, and you need to wash the floors. Do you need it?" After such communication, we naturally said that we ourselves can cope and we will not communicate, ” said Alexei.
The next day, Alexei did not drop the temperature, he once again called an ambulance: there he was advised to rinse his throat with a decoction of chamomile. The doctor got to him on March 24 and took the Coronavirus test. The next day, a therapist came home to Alexei: she called an ambulance, and with suspicion of Alexei's pneumonia they took to the Petrozavodsk infectious hospital, where he has been in a single ward for five days.

- I still do not have a diagnosis, today they have already taken the third test. And the results of the previous two are unknown. I was verbally informed on the phone that my first test is negative, and nothing was reported about the second. Two days ago, I talked with the doctor, he said the same thing that no documents from Rospotrebnadzor were transferred to the infection. And my result is also known to them orally, ” says the squid.
All these days, Alexei monitors the situation with coronavirus in Karelia, where not a single case of infection has officially revealed, in social networks of the head of the republic. He promises to declare a hunger strike since March 30, if he is not shown the results of his tests.
In Kaliningrad, for more than a week , Maxim Kuznetsov , director of the League of the International Union of KVN “West of Russia”, could not achieve an appointment with a doctor for more than a week.
“Today is my ninth (!!!) day temperature! Nine days the temperature rides from 37.5 to 39 and no medicine helps!” He wrote on March 26 on his Facebook page . “The seventh day I drink an antibiotic of 3000 mg per day, but there is no effect. The ambulance that came twice refuses to take it to the hospital, since there are 8 people who have 8 people (which are already 11. - Wed) to the whole area? "
As a result, he appointed antibiotics to himself and began to storm the city clinic to take a referral for fluorography there or take an analysis for coronavirus. The direction was given to him only on April 2. The emergency service "112" reported that in order to pass the analysis to Koronavirus, again, you need to take a direction in the clinic. The same was stated on the hotline of the Ministry of Health and in the ambulance hospital. On March 27, Maxim Kuznetsov still managed to achieve hospitalization in an infectious diseases hospital.
I have two dispensers for liquid soap in the ward, one for an antiseptic. Neither one nor the other
- A specialized brigade arrived, the guys like in the film "Infection". The trifle chamber, from which to leave is strictly prohibited. The conditions are more or less normal, ”says Kuznetsov. - They put in a solitary chamber, took strokes from the nose and mouth. I have two dispensers for liquid soap in the ward, one for an antiseptic. Neither one nor the other. And there is no toilet paper. Is this such a shortage? No, apparently, it’s just not up to it now. But, on the other hand, how are the chambers for the entry of patients then prepare?

Now he lies alone in a triple ward, to get out of it is strictly prohibited. Kuznetsov finally began to treat - to chop antibiotics to him. The temperature managed to knock down. Now he is waiting for the results of the analysis for coronavirus.
The Russian healthcare system is not ready for mass diagnosis and mass treatment of people who have confirmed coronavirus, says Lev Schlosberg, deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly from the Yabloko party. In his opinion, Russian healthcare was exhausted by the transition to insurance medicine.
The system not designed for strong load cannot professionally and adequately respond to the call of the epidemic
- This reform led to the destruction of 80% of local healthcare in small cities and villages. Before her were district hospitals with a mandatory set of doctors who were paid regardless of the number of people in the territory. There were also resuscitation chambers with three doctors and three nurses to provide round -the -clock work, says Schlosberg. - The first thing that fell under the optimization knife was resuscitation chambers, because they began to be cleaned. The system that is not designed for strong load cannot professionally and adequately respond to an epidemic call.
