In total, the police detained four people on Sovetov Square, one of the authors of the "Republic of Buryatia" Dmitry Bairov blocked himself in the car. The detainees were initially taken to the police department in the Sovetsky district, where at least six more local residents who came to support the bloggers were detained. Realii”, among the detainees are Lilia Donskaya, Elvira Endonova, Evgeny Grizhenko and Sergey Kislov; later, Bair Nemaev was detained, who came to the police to support them.
Donskaya and another detainee were transferred by the police to another department - in the Zheleznodorozhny district, where they began to threaten to leave her for 48 hours.
According to the detainees, protocols are drawn up against them under articles 6.3 (violation of the self-isolation regime) and 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to comply with the requirements of the police).
