The police drew up the protocols allegedly due to a violation of the decree of the governor of the region on the self-isolation of local residents. According to activists, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs threatened to detain women if they did not leave the square.

Participants in the environmental unlimited protest are arranged by shares against the garbage training ground at the Shies station in the Arkhangelsk region, where they plan to bring waste from Moscow.
