Streamer "Crimean Solidarity" issued a warning from the police

Activist of the Crimean Solidarity movement Nariman Temirkaliev on April 2 issued a warning about responsibility for participating in inconsistent public events. This was reported on the movement page on Facebook.

“Today, April 2, I was visited by a police officer in order to give me a warning and take explanations from me in connection that I supposedly do not participate in any unauthorized events, such as rallies, marches, and so on. To which I, referring to Art. 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, refused to give any explanations. I believe that this is a pressure on me, as an activist of “Crimean solidarity” and pressure on all those who come such warnings. And moreover, this is a pressure on all those who do not agree with today's injustice regarding Crimean Tatars, Crimean Muslims. All this is done in order to intimidate our people, ”Nariman Temirkaliev quotes the movement of the word.

• In July 2019, at least 42 people were detained near the Supreme Court in Moscow. They came to appeal the verdict of four defendants in the Hizb Ut-Tahrir case.
• In the Bakhchisarai case, Khizb Ut-Tahrir, four people are held, in December 2018 they were sentenced to sentences. Enver Mamutov was sentenced to 17 years in a maximum security colony and one and a half years restriction of freedom on charges of organizing the activities of a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). Remzi Memetov, Rustema Abiltarov and Zevri Abseitov were sentenced to nine years of strict regime and year restriction of freedom on charges of participating in it (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). All four were also found guilty of preparation for forcibly seizure of power by an organized group by prior conspiracy (Article 278 of the Criminal Code using part 2 of article 35 and part 1 of article 30 of the Criminal Code).
• The Islamic Party "Hizb Ut-Tahrir" was recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. The information and analytical center "Owl" considers the ban unlawful, since its Russian supporters were not seen in the calls to violence.
