On April 2, the participants of the indefinite action against the landfill at Shiyes were issued protocols on violation of the self-isolation regime. This is reported by "7 × 7" with reference to one of the activists Daria Ovchinnikova.
As Ovchinnikova said, in the afternoon the activists came to a daily meeting on Lenin Square in Arkhangelsk. According to law enforcement officers, they thus violated the ban on holding any public events, announced by the governor of the region on March 18.
Two activists, who did not have any documents with them, were taken to the police station, the rest had their passport data copied. Everyone is charged with an article on non-compliance with the requirements of the norms and rules for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
