A bookmaker company Fonbet published a government list of system-forming companies published today, along with airlines, retail networks and agricultural holdings, the BBC Russian service noted . If the company does not pass a stress test, it will apply for state support.

At the end of March, the government decided to expand the list of system -forming companies more than three times - from 200 to 646. Today, the full expanded list published Interfax. Inclusion in the list allows companies to access preferential lending and state guarantees.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Energy should conduct stress tests, as a result of which it will be determined how seriously the epidemic will hit by companies, and then the Ministry of Economic Development will send reports to the government to make possible decisions on their support.

Among the new participants in the list there are many retail chains (for example, Ikea, Vastiville, Sportmaster and even Luxe TsUM), catering networks (McDonalds, Burger King) and even LLC F.O.N. - The legal entity of the largest bookmaker Fonbet in Russia.

Fonbet was founded in the 1990s with a chess player, international grandmaster Anatoly Machulsky and businessman Vadim Sidorov, but since then he has already changed his owners twice. Now 65% of the company belongs to the Cyprus Birusa Ltd, which is owned by another Cyprus offshore.
