On April 2, the police in the Novgorod region stopped the four vehicles of the "Alliance of Doctors", which brought personal protective equipment for Novgorod health workers. Police by force detained the chairman of the medical union Anastasia Vasiliev, kept her all night and morning in the ATS building without food. The next day, the court wrote out two fines for 1600 rubles for disobedience to the police. She faces a punishment for violating the self -isolation regime.

For the purchase of protective equipment "Alliance of Doctors" raised more than two million rubles. They brought disinfectant gels, 500 respirators of the FFP2 protection class and everything else “uniform”, which does not allow infection with influenza and SARS, including coronavirus. 13 members of the trade union went to the area on their cars. They were stopped on the M-11 highway and accompanied to the local police building.
The visitors were accused of violating self -isolation. Although, according to the spokeswoman for the "Alliance of Doctors" Ivan Konovalov, the corresponding documents substantiated their presence in the Novgorod region with a working mission were drawn up among the members of the trade union.
They strangled her, someone hit her, Anastasia even lost consciousness
Anastasia Vasiliev drew up a protocol for disobedience to the demand of the police and the protocol under article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for a fine for violating the emergency mode or self -isolation. And when she refused to sign it, they detained, using physical strength. For this, she received another protocol for disobedience. During the day, the court examined both materials by disobedience and fined Vasiliev for 1600 rubles. The protocol on the violation of the rules of self -isolation has not yet evaluated the court.
⚡⚡⚡ Police attacked Anastasia Vasiliev, tried to drag into the police department by force. Anastasia lost consciousness, perhaps she was strangled by one of the employees in civilian clothes. This is real fascism. pic.twitter.com/jupscckfhe

“They strangled her, someone hit her, Anastasia even lost consciousness,” says Konovalov.
The head of the surgical department of the Okulovskaya Central District Hospital Yuri Korovin went on Thursday evening to the local police building in order to support the associates on the "Alliance of Doctors". The next morning he was announced that now the surgeon must observe the self -isolation regime. The reason was communication with a foreigner - a journalist, a citizen of the Netherlands, came from the trade union from Moscow.
“Well, if I go into self -isolation, then, in theory, the police officers who were there should also do this,” the doctor argues.

Korovin is a respected person in Okulovka. He has been working in the hospital for many years, and colleagues listen to his opinion. When in Okulovka there were medical protests against optimization, Vice-Governor Olga Kolotilova came to settle difficult questions to him. Locals say that she crushed him with cognac. Since then, the hospital really has been working in the same mode, there is no talk of reducing staff.
There was a feeling that the police had one boss, and the rest are all zombies
Korovin considers himself primarily a doctor, and then by a trade union organizer. But he could not ignore the detention of the leader of the “Alliance of Doctors”.
- I thought that my presence would solve the problem. But it did not solve in any way, because the police from different regions of the region, from Veliky Novgorod, were gathered there. There was a feeling that the police had one boss, and the rest are all zombies. There was such an attack on Anastasia, they moved in a crowd, 15 people. Thought, they would give her away. I was humanly sorry, I wanted to take her home.
Korovin, like other health workers, was waiting for the protective equipment: "Masks, let's say, have no respirators." But the leadership of the hospital forbade doctors to take them into the department, as they "can be infected." “Well, you can probably put them in a camera with an ultraviolet light, then you can disinfect,” the doctor laughs.
All evening on April 2 and morning, April 3, the "Alliance of Doctors" posted photographs and videos from the scene on social networks. In one of the videos, some woman laughs: "They say that Navalny infected the respirators with coronavirus." The chairman of the Novgorod branch Dmitry Sokolov in his telegram channel previously wrote about this relation to the leadership of the hospital. With reference to colleagues from the Parfinsky district, he spoke about the oral disposal of the leadership of the Old Russian ambulance station not to accept the protective equipment against the "Alliance of Doctors" so as not to become infected. The trade unions were going to go further to Veliky Novgorod and Old Russa, but in the end they gave the entire humanitarian cargo to the health workers in Okulovka.

The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Novgorod region refused to comment on the detention of Vasilyeva. The Novgorod State Media "53 News" wrote that she "left the place of residence and went to Veliky Novgorod under the pretext of medical care."

In the police, Vasiliev was kept all night and morning without food. In the court of the leader of the "Alliance of Doctors" twice was fined 800 rubles for disobedience to the requirements of the police officer. The second court ended in the evening.
On the evening of April 3, three cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Novgorod region and two under suspicion, they expect confirmation in the Vector laboratory. Employees of the GOBUZ Center for Epidemiology and Hygiene conducted 1371 research. The last two “suspicious” cases are the transfer of infection from relatives living in St. Petersburg.
The Governor of the Novgorod region Andrei Nikitin warned that in the event of a detection in any Novgorod hospital at least one case of coronavirus infection, the whole hospital would be forced to close to quarantine. Novgorod doctors fear that they will come to them a patient who has a COVID-19 and ask the leadership to provide protective equipment.

The paramedic of the Old Russian Central District Hospital Yuri Boyko at the end of March stated in social networks about the absence of personal protective equipment to him and other employees of the clinic. In response, the management provided him with a suit, three hats and masks, and his paramedic-midwife point received disinfectants. Boyko thanked the leadership on his VKontakte page (opened "only for friends"), but noted that the employees still have no points, and he buys respirators at his own expense.
In the GCB of Veliky Novgorod they are preparing for pandemia and they say that an ambulance at home leaves for patients with high temperature.
- If a person talks about high temperature, then an ambulance comes to him, makes a smear and sends for tests. If it turns out that he was infected with coronavirus, then he is hospitalized in an infectious diseases hospital, ”says Svetlana Kolesova, an official representative of the GCB.
According to her, now the sanitary regime has been strengthened in the buildings of the institution: doctors work in masks and gloves, the premises are treated more often than usual. On the basis of the hospital, a department is equipped for patients with pneumonia, but without coronavirus. All infected are sent to an infectious diseases hospital, where there is a branch of 30 beds and another building is ready if there are too many patients.

Governor Andrei Nikitin almost completely repeats the actions of the mayor of Moscow Sobyanin. On March 28, when the warm sunny day turned out, the Novgorodians, like the inhabitants of Moscow, went to barbecue and cottages. In city parks, where the governor’s decree is now prohibited by walks, people still appeared.
Now, in principle, any person with signs of SARS should be considered contagious
Since March 31, the Novgorod region has a strict regime of self -isolation, the possibility of introducing electronic gaps is considered. A car drives through the streets, notifying through the loudspeaker about the need to stay at home so as not to become infected. Residents of Veliky Novgorod acquired medical masks and buy protection funds for the future, because in pharmacies they quickly end. Worst of all, things are with sanitizers for hands, which are almost not at an affordable price. At gas stations, bottles of 100 ml cost more than 200 rubles.
The head of the ENT department of the children's regional hospital, located in Veliky Novgorod, Ruslan Uragaliev, after the beginning of the pandemic, began to write official notes on the supply of his branch with personal protective equipment. So far, ten costumes appeared only in the reception department. And the chief doctor advised the senior nurses from other departments to sew masks from gauze and cotton.

“If earlier, a person who came from abroad or contacted such a border was considered potentially contagious, now, in principle, any person with signs of SARS should be considered contagious,” Urazgaliev believes.
Roszdravnadzor recommends that the doctors use the FFP2 respirator at work, which delays the virus by 94%. Respirators of this class were in the cars of the "Alliance of Doctors". Nothing is known about the plans of the Ministry of Health at the expense of the budget.
