The Novosibirsk authorities determined the list of organizations that may resume work in the region during “non -working days” established by Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin until April 30. The government was signed by Governor Andrei Travnikov.

Construction and manufacturing industry.
Production production.
The extraction of other minerals.
Education.
“When making a decision on the resumption of the [company], they proceed from their own assessment of the objectively established situation and socially hazardous consequences of refusing such a decision, as well as their capabilities to resume activities in the future, including the assessment of current obligations, material, financial and labor resources of a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur, and accept all the consequences from commercial risks,” the authors of the document state.
At the same time, the governor did not extend the “mandatory self -isolation” regime, which ends on April 5 at 24:00.
