Federal Rospotrebnadzor announced the launch of paid testing for coronavirus at home not for medical reasons. So far, the service is available only for residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region, but in the future they want to introduce it in all regions, the department’s website says .

The SARS-COV-2 test (Covid-19 pathogen) will be made by the center for molecular diagnostics of Rospotrebnadzor. “A specialist in the on -site service <...> brings a diagnostic set to the customer of the study, instructs how to take a smear from a orophage on your own, and takes a container with biomaterial for research. The result is provided within one or two days by e-mail, ”the department explains.
