Beglov: Petersburg lags behind Moscow for three weeks
Governor Alexander Beglov said that the situation with Koronavirus in St. Petersburg worsens every day, and the city lags behind Moscow for three weeks by the number of coronavirus
-We are a little behind Moscow, literally for three weeks. <...> The situation is not easy, it worsens with us every day. We have some more time to prepare for this.
"Paper" turned to the press service of the governor for clarifications, but has not yet received an answer.
Beglov noted that until the end of April, they plan to deploy about 12 thousand beds for patients with coronavirus in the city.
Beglov also instructed to strengthen control over compliance with the mandatory regime of self-isolation by people who returned from abroad or contacted with the sick. In case of violations of the self-isolation regime, penalties on administrative articles will be applied to them: on non-fulfillment of mandatory sanitary and hygienic measures (Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and non-fulfillment of the rules of behavior in an emergency or a threat of its occurrence (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The first threatens a fine of up to 500 rubles, the second - up to 30 thousand rubles. At the same time, the emergency mode in the city has not been introduced.
