The Russian government established restrictions on the sale of medical devices, in particular masks, respirators and gloves. The corresponding resolution is published on the government website.
Only pharmaceutical companies that have a license in terms of wholesale medicines for medical use and supply drugs will now be able to sell masks, respirators and gloves. And the price of masks, respirators and gloves should not increase by more than 10 % (and more than 10 kopecks per unit of goods at each stage of sales).
For the supply of regions with masks, gloves and respirators, they assigned the responsible structure “Rostec” - “Roschimza protection”.
The list of medical products that cannot be sold without a license also includes gauze and complex protective clothing for doctors.
The decision entered into force from the moment of publication.
