These measures relate to people who officially prescribed to observe self-isolation-as a rule, these are citizens who returned from abroad. If the regime is violated by a person with coronavirus, who knew about his infection, he may face criminal liability. In the worst case, the violator threatens up to seven years in prison.

For visiting parks, gardens, squares, children's and sports grounds will be punished with an administrative fine of up to 30 thousand rubles. All these objects in St. Petersburg are closed until April 30. The same fine is supposed to smoking hookahs in public places.

A fine of up to 300 thousand rubles will be punished by legal entities for conducting mass events, opening access to pools, fitness centers, museums, theaters, restaurants, cafes, bars and other institutions, the work of which in St. Petersburg is currently prohibited. For citizens, a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles is valid for the same violations.
