Stimulating payments were cut off from hundreds of Novosibirsk doctors

Stimulating payments were reduced in 820 medical workers in the Novosibirsk region. Administrative cases have been instituted.

The prosecutor’s office checked compliance with labor legislation in the State Budgetary Institution of the Novosibirsk Region “Berdsk City Hospital”. This was reported by the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation on April 6.

“It has been established that the officials of the institution unreasonably reduced the amount of incentive payments to 820 medical workers. The amount of unpaid wages exceeded 6 million rubles, ”the department said.

The prosecutor made an idea to the chief doctor. Formed cases under Part 6 of Art. 5.27 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (incomplete payment within the prescribed period of wages).

The hospital employees received all the payments due to him in the amount of more than 6 million rubles, noted the prosecutor's office.

In March 2020, it became known about the major debt of the Berd GKB and to suppliers. Obligations to 43 firms and individual entrepreneurs concerned the payment of products, medicines and other services.
