Masks were bought at the Irkutsk Pharmacies MuFP. This municipal unitary pharmaceutical enterprise belongs to the city hall, it is headed by Natalya Svistunova.

The regional authorities bought 100 thousand masks, the press service of the regional government said on April 6. More than 50 thousand Irkutsk regional wholesale-bush pharmacy base was transferred “to the Irkutsk Pharmacy Network, another 5 thousand were sent to Angarsk, 2.5 thousand received Ust-Horde district and Shelekhov,” the authorities said. About 40 thousand masks are “in reserve” of the Ministry of Health.
