In Udmurtia, the entrepreneur was awarded a warning due to an attempt to get to the administration

In Udmurtia, the prosecutor’s office of the city of Sarapul handed the entrepreneur Sergei Burakov a warning because of his attempt, together with other entrepreneurs, to meet with representatives of the city administration and ask them for business assistance. This was reported in his telegram channel "Apology of Protest".

April 6, Burakov and other entrepreneurs tried to go to the building of the Sarapul administration to get to an appointment with officials. However, the police refused to let them into the building. The prosecutor's office considered the actions of entrepreneurs an inconsistent public event.

The prosecutor made a warning to Burakov on the inadmissibility of violation of legislation on public events. In addition, the supervisory authority “warned” the entrepreneur against violation of the legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population: in Udmurtia there is a regime of increased readiness in connection with the pandemia of coronavirus.

The prosecutor’s office pointed out the possibility of bringing Burakov to administrative or criminal liability, including under an article on violation of the rules of the shares (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
