Novgorod: three people were fined for violation of the self -isolation regime

In Veliky Novgorod, the court fined three inhabitants of St. Petersburg for violating the self -isolation regime. This was reported on the website of the Novgorod District Court.

The 22-year-old resident of St. Petersburg Vyacheslav Zakharov was fined 1 thousand rubles for walking around the apartments in Novgorod and distributing advertising leaflets about the installation of plastic windows during the self-insulation regime announced in the region. A similar punishment was received by 19-year-old Danil Repnitsyn and 21-year-old Yegor Grinevich. They all pleaded guilty.

In Russia, on April 1, the law entered into force by which for violations during the emergency regime, quarantine or threat of the spread of the disease will be fined. Already on April 2, the first protocols in Bashkiria and the Krasnodar Territory were drawn up .
