The bill made amendments to 236 of the Criminal Code (violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules). The bill also makes a new article of the Code of Administrative Offenses 20.6.1 and fines up to 30 thousand rubles for violating the “increased readiness” regime, which were introduced in Moscow and other regions of the country. If the violation entailed the infection of another person, then the fine can be 50 thousand rubles.
On April 2, the Moscow authoritieslegally approved the introduction of fines for violating the regime of increased readiness. For individuals who first violated the current measures for self -isolation, a fine of 4 thousand rubles will be provided.
For repeated violation of the increased readiness regime in the context of the distribution of coronavirus, a citizen will be obliged to pay a fine of five thousand rubles. The penalty for officials will be from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; For legal - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
If a citizen violated the self -isolation regime using the vehicle, then this is punishable by an administrative fine of five thousand rubles. Cars of those who violated the self -isolation mode on them will be lingered and placed on a special parking lot.
