The first criminal case in Russia on the “coronaviral” fake was instituted in St. Petersburg

The case was instituted in record terms: a day after the entry into force of the new Article 207.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The reason was the post in social networks that in the clinic of Sestroretsk (suburb of St. Petersburg) the patient found a virus, with him (a patient with the virus) was contacted by the whole line, and the doctors were not protected. There was nothing supernatural in the message, they did not really have time to check it, but they recognized Fake in a few hours.

The message was published in VKontakte Sestroretskaya activist Anna Shushpanova. The post has already been deleted, but we can restore its meaning based on the materials of the court, which gave the sanction for a search of the alleged violator. According to the investigation, Shushpanova published “A message that 04/01/2020 in the clinic of the city of Sestroretsk ... The unknown citizen found signs of coronavirus, after which the specified citizen ... was released from the clinic by public transport without any support.” “Medical workers and other patients entered into contact with the patient.” The head of the department of the clinic is now "asked to write a statement of their own free will." “Why are all these measures with strict self -isolation and the overlap of parks and playgrounds, if they relate to the real cases of coronavirus,” Shushpanova was indignant, as follows from the court order.

Actually, it all started from the playground. In the group "Sestroretsk News" on April 2 at 20 hours 58 minutes, an innocent photo of this object of improvement, covered with an alarming striped ribbon, appeared. With the announcement that visiting the sites "not recommended." The first commentary was left an activist, the father of four children Andrei Romanov, left. He wrote (spelling and punctuation copyright): “It is not clear why it was closed if we had a Konovirus in our clinic 68 in our clinic and at the same time did not clinic, they didn’t rewrite who was near him and did not take the mosques. And everyone was released home and also this man. What we want, we violate ourselves and then we will bite the logs. You look at what is happening in the clinic 68 All there, there are analyzes for this infection. ”

“They told me about this on April 1 in the evening,” Andrei Romanov explained in a conversation with the “new”. - The next day I called the hotline in St. Petersburg. He asked if it was really or not. I was told to wait. I called in half an hour. They gave me the phone of the district administration ...

Here, just in case, we will say in brackets: even if a person had an infection, then patients with a mild course of the disease are sent to be treated home. But Andrei did not know this. No one explained this to him.

From morning until three in the afternoon, April 2, Andrei did not part with the phone. To find out whether an outrageous fact really took place, he called the Rajdravoddel, to the city health, to the hotline in Moscow, municipal deputies, wrote a letter to Governor Beglov, and turned to the reception of President Putin. For only purpose: to confirm the information or refute.

“I began to sound the alarm, asked to check: it was or not,” Andrei repeats. - I saw on television, on the first channel: in Moscow there was exactly the same case, but there everyone was immediately rewritten and sent to quarantine. And here they only told me: what are you worried about, he has a mild disease, doctors have every right to let go home.

From such an answer, Andrei concluded that everything was true: the virus was allowed into the people.

In the evening, seeing a photo of the site in which four children cannot walk, he wrote his comment on social networks. He began to answer informed commentators and call alarmed friends. The story grew and "poured juice." Someone said that the doctors who had not seen the patient had already fired. More precisely, not so: he was ordered to write a statement of his own free will.

“A good friend called me,” Andrei continues. - He said: everything that you wrote there is true. He asked somewhere to tell about it. I trust this person. And another woman confirmed, her husband in the same clinic was waiting for the result. I immediately called Ana Shushpanova. We discussed this until half past five in the evening.

At 23 hours 8 minutes on April 2, Anna Shushpanova hung her post.

“My goal was to attract the attention of clinics and hospitals so that they were more serious about the situation with coronavirus,” she explains. - Maybe that there is more clearly a briefing. The post ended with the words: who knows more about this situation - write. And comments appeared that partially confirmed that the case was.

The St. Petersburg investigation showed that it is the fastest in the country. There was no new article of the Criminal Code for two days from the clan. On April 3, in a private house where Anya lives with her mother and sister, they came with a search. The case under the new article was drawn up before our eyes. The search was carried out without a court order - in connection with the urgency of measures to suppress the crime. “Processing with the proceedings within the framework of this criminal case could lead to the loss of objects and documents relevant to a criminal case.” What objects and documents were afraid to lose, this did not clear up during the very procedural action.

“10 people came,” says Anna. - They seized my computer, seized the old daddy’s non -working computer, a portable hard drive, a phone and a flash drive on which there were photos of a friend's daughter.

What the investigation is going to do with all this technique, why they carried away what they want to find - they did not explain to Anna. Mom was scared strongly, and his sister, along with Anna herself, was taken away for interrogation.

The administration of the resort district of St. Petersburg also worked quickly (Sestroretsk belongs to it): on the same day, she tried to calm the population. In a letter addressed to Andrei Romanov, but published on the website of the district council, officials reported: “Studies are conducted in a separate boxing of clinic No. 68 under all the necessary sanitary-epidemiological measures taken during the pandemic of coronaviral infection, in particular, everyone is examined at a distance of 1.5 m from each other from each other. masks, etc. The medical staff is dressed in protective anti -epidemic costumes. ”

"New" visited the 68th clinic of Sestroretsk. Coronavirus tests are mainly taken there in patients of a neighboring hospital before hospitalization. This really happens in a separate building of the anti -TB dispensary. But about the “protective costumes” among the doctors, officials clearly got excited: nurses are dressed in ordinary disposable robes and masks, which, as you know, do not protect against infection. So, at least a word about doctors unprotected from infection is certainly not an invention.

From the building of the dispensary, patients who have passed the analysis go back to the clinic. Reception is waiting in the corridor on benches and sofas. In order for people to keep the distance, the administration with the help of scotch spent on the border seats. But there are not enough space everywhere, people sit next to adhesive tape and tape, snuggling tightly to each other, as is the case in our medical institutions.

On Tuesday, April 7, the court recognized a lawful search of the Shushpanovs. The decision also says that in the clinic people are sitting one and a half meters from each other. The investigator is clearly reading the site of the district administration. In addition, it follows from the document that in four days (including two days off) it turned out: a certain citizen (data was not named, as in the Shushpanova’s message) really passed the Koronavirus test on April 1, “went to wait for the result”, and the next day it turned out that the result is negative. Why is the investigation convinced that this lucky one is the one who was written by Sestroretsky activists? In the clinic on April 1, there was definitely more than one patient sent for analysis.

Where in this story really fake is unknown. The post of the Sestroretsk activist could not sow panic, and he appeared just because the confusion around. It may not be particularly noticed by nobody. But a criminal case of fake arose - and the people realized: it means, true.
