On April 8, the Soviet District Court of Ulan-Ude terminated the case of violation of the self-isolation regime, the Apology of Protest reports .
A local resident Lily Donskoy was detained for the Open Microphone shares and drawn up a protocol on it on non -epidemic measures (part 2 of article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
At the meeting, the court concluded that leaving the house, without exceptional circumstances, still cannot qualify as a violation of the article on sanitary and epidemiological measures that the police paid for the Donskoy.

The court decided to terminate the case due to the lack of the composition of the offense.
