According to investigators, the official FSIN did not register Roman Pronin from prison. In May 2017, Pronin tried to kill a local resident Natalia Krapivin. Her son Ivan Krapivin died, protecting her. The investigation believes that the crime occurred due to the negligence of the FSIN employee. Pronin was sentenced to 20.5 years in prison for murder and attempted on him. Ivan Krapivin posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

In Karelia, a criminal case of negligence was brought on three policemen, who, according to investigators, released Anton Ipatov, who beat his drinking companion. He later killed two girls. The prosecutor’s office requested five years in prison for police officers, Ipatov received a life sentence.

In Kaliningrad, there were two similar affairs on police officers in 2020. Under the investigation, there is a district police officer, which arrived in a challenge on the beating of a person. He did not find out how a person was injured, did not detain the attacker and left the scene. After that, the attacker committed the murder of another person - hit him with a cuttings from the shovel on the head, he died.

Another policeman, according to investigators, ignored the statement of entrepreneur Vadim Yangolenko about threats by another businessman Fazil Bahramov. Bahramov is accused of shooting Yangolenko and his wife.
