Mostotrest Rotenberg received a state committee of 24 billion rubles for already going work

Mostotrest company Arkady Rotenberg received a contract for the construction of a section of 2 km of the southeastern chord from Kuryanovsky Boulevard to Kantemirovskaya Street with a bridge over the Moscow River for 24.1 billion rubles. But the work of Mostotrest at this facility began in December 2019, long before the announcement of the competition and the choice of the contractor, they write “Open Media”.

The Office of Road-Most Construction (Moscow Construction Department) announced a competition for these works on February 15, 2020. On April 6, he was recognized as failed, since only Mostotrest submitted the application, and the contract was concluded with this company. The deadline for completion of work is the end of 2024.

In December 2019, the Moscow City Duma deputy Pavel Tarasov summoned the police to this construction site, since Mostotrest already conducted work on it, without permissions and approvals on them. The construction of the construction site Igor Kuznetsov gave explanations in the department, but the next day, December 22, the work continued.

On the website of public procurement, the information about the tender appeared only on February 15, 2020, they write Open Media.

• The section of the southeastern chord is in contact with a dump of radioactive waste of the Moscow Polymetall factory. Initially, environmental examination did not find increased radiation at this facility.
• Later, Moscow allocated FSUE Radon 80 million rubles for the disposal of 10 cubic meters of radioactive waste and 250 cubic meters of infected soil (previously officials talked about 60 million cubic meters of radioactive ore on this landfill). The contractor is recommended to "minimize the performance of work related to the movement of soil."
