The Federal Bailiff Service is ready to suspend the collection of debts from Russian citizens and small businesses for six months, Vedomosti said . The reason is a decrease in income from the population in connection with the pandemia of coronavirus.
Microcredit and microfinance organizations, as well as a legal entity, who are involved in the return of overdue debts, have already received the possibility of withdrawing executive documents. It will be possible to withdraw documents up to six months with subsequent return after this period or at the end of the pandemic.
