This amount includes compensation for some rental costs and taxes (13 billion rubles) and a deferral for taxes (about 11.5 billion rubles).
Moreover, owners of commercial real estate will be able to receive support, but with a decrease in the rental rate by at least 50%. In this case, the authorities will allocate about 8.6 billion rubles to them in a quarter.
These measures complement the assistance through the Russian government and do not include measures to maintain demand, for example, increased unemployment benefits.
